Intro
Sleeping World is a Swedish tech driven sleep company. We offer an integrated sleep platform that combines a smart sensor with a smart bed, to help you get an optimized sleep. By joining Sleeping World, you get access to individual sleep analysis, shared knowledge and smart bed products.
Monitoring
Our app is connected to our own sensor measuring and analysing heartbeat, respiration, movement, temperature and humidity. The sensor is offered at sleepingworld.com and its performance is close to the reliability of a lab measurement. The sensor is non-intrusive and connected to your phone via Bluetooth. You can have your phone switched off while measuring and retrieve your individual sleep analysis by refreshing your app the next morning. We safeguard your data and do not access other activities in bed than mentioned above. The sensor starts measuring once it has detected that you are about to fall asleep.
Individual analysis
We take pride in offering long-term analysis with individual recommendations provided by our own developed algorithm comparing your sleep data with the performance of peer groups. Gradually, the app will find patterns in your sleep and provide you with pinpointed advice that works. It takes at least a month though before long term patterns can be found, so be patient initially.
Bedding products
Being also specialists in beds we have developed a tailor made AYA bed collection with smart bed functionalities to optimize your sleep. We know from science and experience that you need to improve several aspects of your sleep routines to optimize your sleep performance.
